Each week i will be posting up an exciting band or musician and will listen to that artist all week.At the end of each week i will post up a compilation cd of the artist compiling of my favourite tracks,you can do the same and post up your favourite tracks and we can see the comparisons.So download or buy the artist and listen with me.First up a fantastic band i have only recently heard called "The National".I discovered them by a fellow leeds united fan on the fan forum Waccoe.They are an indie rock band who formed in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1999.They are fronted by Matt Berninger who has a real distinctive baritone voice.The Rest of the band is composed of two pairs of brothers: Aaron and Bryce Dessner and Scott and Bryan Devendorf.The bands influences range from Bruce Springsteen to Joy Division.Here is their discography with my ratings out of 5.
